This engine produces 118 horsepower and returns 64.2 mpg combined fuel economy. There is also a 2.0-liter diesel engine with 148 HP. This particular engine is available with the options, all-wheel drive and front wheel drive. The same engine in another variation produces 178 hp and comes with all-wheel drive. Now comes the petrol variants, featuring 1.5 liters EcoBoost gasoline engine with different levels of power, i.e. 118 HP, 148 HP and 180 HP. Petrol cars also have the option to choose between front wheel drive and all-wheel drive. Along with six-speed automatic transmission, there is also an option for six-speed manual transmission.

2017 Ford Kuga has got exclusive looks and classy interiors. The appearance is sporty with curved door panels, redesigned front fascia, and taillights. Up front the changes make this model look more aggressive and according to Ford’s current design strategy. The model gets new broader six-sided grille with two horizontal slats. This grille is found in between pair of lightly reworked headlights which are adorned with LED running lights. Reworked front bumper includes wide air intake and large fog lights. The rear and gets similar approach with re-trimmed rear bumper and new taillamps. The model will ride on new themed wheels which will be available in range from 17-inch to 19-inch.
Under the roof lies the real work of designing and styling. The overall ambiance is simple yet elegant. Comfortable upholstery is accompanied by upgraded tech. There are enough legroom and headroom, and a large area is being noticed at the back. The larger center screen which measures 8-inch hints the new Syns3 infotainment system which responds faster and supports Android Auto and Apple Car Play. The official price tag of 2017 Ford Kuga is yet to be declared, but speculations are there, that it is going to cost around $29k for the base model. The release date hasn’t finalized yet, but it is expected to hit the European roads by the end of the year.
