2018 Nissan Sentra: Release Date, Nismo, Specs

Today we will say a few words about the upcoming and improved 2018 Nissan Sentra. This model stands between the larger Altima and Maxima sedans and smaller Versa model. Despite the fact that it represents one of the best selling vehicles in Canada, the Nissan Sentra hasn’t been so much popular worldwide in the last couple of years. However, after it has finally gotten the much needed redesign around two years ago or precisely as the 2016 model year, the Sentra model has become one of the most popular vehicles on the road, particularly among youth. Perhaps it is not the most beautiful car on the road, but it certainly is affordable, comfortable and reliable vehicle that has ever been made.

The 2016 model has undergone a major overhaul which included redesign exterior which made it looking more attractive, the new turbo powertrain and new models known as NISMO and SR Turbo. Then as the 2017 model year, the car maker has added new Premium Technology package which is available in SR and SL trims. Furthermore, the cabin is much quieter now; the dashboard has been revised in order to offer more space for storage. So, when we consider all the facts, the upcoming Sentra will probably appear with minimal changes this time. Its key rivals will be Honda Civic, Hyundai Elantra, Kia Forte, Ford Focus, Toyota Corolla and Mazda 3. It will be available in S, SV, SL and SR trim like its forerunner.
